We are seeking an enthusiastic individual for the position of Customer Service Assistant for Mailout, our mailing and distribution business. 

Mailout is a social enterprise, which uses the funds it generates to provide training and create jobs and apprenticeships for people with disabilities to build careers in warehouse and distribution.

 The Customer Service Assistant will liaise customers and maintain vital relationships, providing excellent customer service and a quality fulfilment service. 

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining good working practices and a clear system for fulfilling orders. 

The ideal candidate will be:

• Experienced in working in a commercial organisation or social enterprise

• Experienced in developing customer relationships 

• Highly person-centered with a positive attitude towards people with learning disabilities

• Able to think creatively and show initiative
