The Company

Form&Thread is a premium menswear retailer focused on creating ethically sourced, excellent quality mens essentials at accessible prices. Primarily an online retailer, we’ve recently opened our first physical store at Coal Drops Yard.

Role:

2 Part-time roles available

10-15 hours per week £9.50 per hour

We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to work in our Coal Drops Yard store as a Sales Advisor and brand ambassador as the first point of customer contact. You will be working as part of a small team and will be exposed to the day-to-day running of a start-up retail store.

The position is a fantastic opportunity for someone to take responsibility for ensuring every experience exceeds customers’ expectations. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for the welcoming existing and new customers into our first physical retail space, communicating our brand story and selling to them.

Key Objectives

  • Ensure you deliver an outstanding shopping experience to every customer that comes into store
  • Identify ways to personalise the experience of every customer
  • To confidently share the brand story and ethos with customers
  • Achieve and maximise sales in store through understanding what the customer wants

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Driven with an enthusiasm for fashion, sales and customer service
  • Similar experience within a retail or boutique service environment particularly with a fashion focus brand
  • Fast-learning, self-motivated and confident
  • Confidence in communicating with customers
  • Able to build relationships with a diverse range of customers
  • Personable and approachable
  • Motivated when working in a small team or alone
  • Understanding of customer service and sales
  • The ability to relate to the product and understand customer needs
