o Entry level opportunity within the Production Department
o You will be expected to take on a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth running of the department and be flexible enough to move from one task to another throughout the day, according to business needs. You must be aware of the deadlines of tasks and manage your own workload, elevating any issues.
o In a supportive team environment, which embraces Ted's culture, you will gain valuable knowledge and be provided with guidance throughout. On the basis of a strong performance in this role, you will stand in good stead for progression within the team should opportunities arise.
Where does this role fit within Ted's Team?
Working within the Production department, as part of a strong team consisting of Heads of Production, Production Managers, Production Coordinators, Garment Technologists, Production Assistants, Production Apprentices and Brand Protection Co-ordinator.
The Production team are the primary contact between internal departments and our external suppliers.
Reporting to: Production Director, Senior Head of Production Operations & Brand Protection Controller.
o Invoice authorisation of system and manual purchase orders.
o Trim requests for stores and ecommerce.
o Generating, approving and printing barcodes for the team.
o Organising suppliers' seasonal gifts.
o Running reports for the department.
o Tidying and sorting samples.
o Stocktake (bi-annually).
o General administrative duties.
o Holiday cover.
o Data entry of style information onto systems.
o Accessories measurements for the website.
o Returning shipment samples to the warehouse.
o Replenishing trims and stationery.
o Keeping Ted's Home tidy.

o Full training given.
o Mathematics - intermediate level, essential.
o Microsoft Excel - intermediate level.
o Microsoft Word.
o Outlook Email.
o Previous experience working with invoices or with stock control systems will be an advantage.
