The hub Front of House Team members work across the Deli and the Reception of the hotel.

This exciting deli style F&B offering is open to both hotel guests and off the street customers.

THE JOB:

  • Providing excellent customer service, checking guests in to the hotel using our bespoke reservations system
  • Assisting guests throughout their stay to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction
  • Preparing and serving a variety of products for breakfast, to soups and sharing boards to a range of beers, wines and cocktails
  • Prepare Costa Coffee throughout the day
  • Giving fantastic customer service
  • Maintaining a welcoming and clean environment for guests
  • Connect guests to the city with their enthusiasm and passion for what their guests are doing
  • Recommending a great bar round the corner, or an interesting art exhibition
  • Help our guests maximise their stay in the city
