Front of House Team Members

Location: Green & Fortune at the London Museum, Smithfield, near Farringdon Station

Pay: £14.90 per hour (plus tronc for selected roles) | Full-time & Part-time opportunities

Contract: Full-time and Part-time opportunities available

Interview day 30th of October 2026 from 9:30 am to 15:30pm

Weekend availability is essential. All applicants must have availability to work during the holiday season in December.

Green & Fortune is recruiting Front of House Team Members for the opening of the new London Museum in November. This is an exciting opportunity to join the launch team of one of London's most anticipated cultural destinations, working across a café, restaurant, bar and events operation.

Current Vacancies

Waiter / Commis Waiter

£14.90 per hour + tronc

Early evening availability required (up to 11pm)

Minimum 1 year's hospitality experience

Bartender / Barback

£14.90 per hour + tronc

Late evening availability required (up to 1am)

Minimum 1 year's hospitality experience

Bar Floor Team Member

£14.90 per hour + tronc

Late evening availability required

Minimum 1 year's hospitality experience

Café Assistant / Barista

£14.90 per hour

Early morning availability required

Minimum 6 months' hospitality or customer service experience

Events Assistant

£14.90 per hour

Early morning and late evening availability required

Minimum 6 months' hospitality, events or customer service experience

About You

You'll be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and enjoy working in a busy, customer-facing environment. You'll be reliable, friendly, confident communicating with guests and happy working as part of a team.

Welcoming and assisting visitors and guests

Serving food and drinks to a high standard

Providing excellent customer service

Maintaining clean and well-presented work areas

Supporting colleagues during busy periods

Helping to create a positive and memorable guest experience
