Applicants must have lived in the UK or EU for the past 3 years and must have an EU ID, passport, birth certificate or Home Office papers. Employed people are eligible for these courses if they are taken independently and completed in their own time. If you’re an Islington resident and your job has been affected by the Covid-19 crisis then Shaw Trust’s Get Back on Track service can offer you advice/support on issues including furlough, annual leave, redundancy, changes to terms and conditions (pay, hours, etc), managing mental health, and working from home. The FREE service offers advice and support to anybody that lives in Islington or is registered with an Islington GP practice whose employment has been affected by the Covid-19 crisis.

DWP (JobCentre Plus)
JobCentre Plus are offering digital and telephone support for their customers.
Training Link has Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene course available. The course is FREE and can be done remotely – all you need is a PC or laptop with internet access. To apply, please visit www.traininglink.org.uk and use the online application.
